MISSION

OBJECTIVE

Impact is a community based organization whose aim is to target disadvantaged individuals and single

parents. Engaging them in active participation to address social and economic issues that will enhance positive solutions to their problems.

Though the development of First Time Home Buyers Program, Loss Mitgation, and other community base programs we will achieve grassroots cummunity support by empowering people to facilitate change through education, mentoring partnering and direct services.

The objective of "IMPACT" will be to establish a large constituency of persons directly affected by social and economic issues.

To plan and effectuate positive outcomes with decision makers which best support their needs.

To provide direct educational services in housing and homeownership assistance and training, building

new and affordable housing in the community.

To provide community resources for homeless families in the community.

To create partnerships and mentoring program for women in non-traditional occupations

DIRECT/COMMUNITY

SERVICES

"Impact" will provide direct services in the following areas: Firsttime HomeBuyers Training, Loss Mitigation, Housing Development for low to moderate income families information and referral for homeless families. We will provide advocacy services to address existing and future social and economic problems as they emerge in our targetd communities.

This organization accepts donations: in kind services, land and financial donations, grants, loans and volunteers. Your donations are the common thread that make these programs work.
